yes i woke up today and i think a FLEA bit my LIP. its a bit swollen so my lips look puffier than usual. damned construction in my house. lets all these outside predators such as fleas and spiders get into my house.

on a happier note, my drive way will be in construction in a few days, so i can park in it... and grace can rollerblade over again without getting stuck in the dirt. haha, that never happened, but it would be funny if it did.

anyways, i havent blogged with real content for a while... but there really is nothing to talk about except... my new laptop? yup! i really like it. its pretty damned sexy and after a day of having it, its still in one piece! double snaps for me! and since its two in the morning, you get a view of it due to my extreme boredom!

you all have no idea how utterly estatic i am because my screen isnt yellow... its like... being blind for years and all of the suddedn being able to see again... well no, its like being colorblind and finally, seeing colors again. blues are not blacks, pink isnt red and if erin still had that yellow blog, it would actually look yellow. also, in the above picture, you can see my old computer screen behind it, being jealous.

on another off subject about computers, for years i've had my webcam that shot really really grainy pictures, and just yesterday, i realized it was set on high compression which cause the dark and grainy-ness. blaaah. well at least you can see things now, right when i've moved computers... *grumbles to self* you can actually make out some type on the screen in the picture above. otherwise, it would just look gray.

and has anyone seen jeff's testimonial on friendster for me? its like, a frigging bible. and its wonderful. :)

i've been working. yes... again with mr dlugolecki. amazement. i work 8 days out of the year and i'm just fine with it. i see people i know and i get to hear the besT gossip. everyone in the class below me are pretty cool now. it has finally struck me that i dont go to ih any more. see the new senior class, and for sure, they are the seniors. i'm now just a first year... and its bizarre how the teachers talk around you. i helped out with faculty pictures for the fourth time the row and ms. k said when she saw me, "oh my gosh, i remember thinking last year, 'vanessa's not going to be here next year', and you're still here! an alum!" yikes. alumae? its finally settling in.

rikki's debut was awesome. she was sOO pretty. thansk for inviting me!

jeff and i's beach party was pretty cool. we saw... "wave."s, i got buried in the sand and we soaked in the sun. thanks to everyone who came, especially the 'trail of tears' bunch, leslie, lauren, erin, hailey, guzman and eden. EDEN who drove soooo much that day. thank you brian for driving a bunch too and kat for driving much.

so tiffany got her license and kat and leslie are in school. craziness...

i move in in a month. im leaving tomorrow for dc with my dad and my sister at noon. i'll be back next wednesday the 27th at 2pm. i'll miss you all. especially jeff.

so todays was a cool fun filled day with jeffrey in the land of LACMA. for me, admission was free! for once, being young pays off again. anyways, we saw my most favorite painting ever,

alright. i'll blog about something.

i gave blood today after dropping my sis off at work, going to san mo for class, going to whittier to hang with and picking up my sister from work. hooray for driving long distances! sometimes i ponder... sitting in the expected traffic... why los angeles is so big. why cant everything be in one place? i look at people who are going to the place that i'm driving from and i wonder.. why cant we just switch places and save gas? ah well.

so yes. i gave blood today. fun times. but my mom overreacted about it. she though we were getting exploited. gads! can't i save some people's lives without being persecuted? i now know what spiderman feels like.

im thinking of reskinning. i've skinned kat's blog and brian's blog. my orange blog is a bit old. maybe i'll do something original. maybe something... new.
