fuck man... im getting alll blubberly and nostalgic, again.
i regret letting graduation pass by WAY too quickly. i was IN the crappy graduation video but i hardly remember it. im seriously going to miss going to yuca's and sitting under that blue tarp, 'breakfast' at joanns house, skipping out on friday swim practices to go to riverside, sitting in the back of physiology bored out of my mind... wait. i wont miss that. but i'll miss lunch times, the trees, the immense quad, joann's lunches, kat's spaghetti... i'll miss ding's censored rapping. i'll miss parking in that fucking parking lot that doesnt fit anywhere near enough cars. and that mta bus that always seems to be making a right on franklin right when you drive out of the parking lot. i'll miss mr. manion with with his college degree parking cars. i'll miss grace and her not-homework-doing. i'll miss sitting on our bench in the morning and katie informing about english assignments that i forgot or just refused to do. i'll miss team money.. $cha ching$! i'll miss dancing on the quad like only girls at an all girls school can dance. i'll miss erin's rivers and tiffany's confusion over "i used to be a virgin. but now i still am". i'll miss comedy sportz, but i will not miss those frosh that ruin them. i'll miss renee and katie's dance. i'll miss congresses and fall and spring states. i'll miss random drives with kat, even though we still have them. i'll... ok enough!

in a nice lil nutshell: driving, the science center, the 50 foot naked lady, ringu and scrabble.
today was pretty interesting too. it was the first of the weekly monday cook offs at bethel's house! the sinigang was GOOD... and so was the pasta and the dumplings. and so was scrabble... team cool, meaning brain and i came in second place. hell yah.
in a nice lil nutshell: driving, the science center, the 50 foot naked lady, ringu and scrabble.
today was pretty interesting too. it was the first of the weekly monday cook offs at bethel's house! the sinigang was GOOD... and so was the pasta and the dumplings. and so was scrabble... team cool, meaning brain and i came in second place. hell yah.

wow! chillin' and making a fool out of myself today was hella fun. heh.. heh.. heh..
so... i left smc pretty early and realized if i arrived 10 minutes earlier than i've been arriving, i could find a parking space that is actually shielded from the sun meaning, a space that isnt on the roof. i arrived at grace's at noon and immediately began my futile attempt at winning an expert board of minesweeper. davi, renee, eden and her brother neil came over and we played ddr and watched our graduation video which SUCKED. seriously... i dont want to discuss it because its bad, horrible taping. but on a nice note, because it was such a shitty recording, it was pretty cool how our songs still sounded really nice.
cool part about the video was rewinding and fast forwarding the part of leslie giving back her diploma that a great highlight of my day? it was SMOOTH! wow, if it were me giving the diploma back, i would have started laughing but leslie kept her composure!
oh and today, i was driving near marshall hs and i saw ms. c. walking her pug! yeah... isnt that another great highlight?
we also watched charlies angels... it was ok... it didnt make me laugh as much.
on a serious note, grace makes the the most delicious garlic bread. its seriously amazing.

uh... friday i had a harry potter graduation moonbounce party... helllll yeah. that was the most beautiful day of violent bouncing i've ever had. highlights of that day include trivial pursuit, the 20+ people in the moon bounce and cut-throat scrabble on my front lawn. thanks to EVERYONE who came. i seriously didnt think that that many people would even come. you all made that day soo cool.
friday night after being at odds with our parents and the whole driving issue, kat, danielle, jeff, israel, brain and i drove to glendale to buy our copies for harry potter and the order of the phoenix.
saturday took my sister to the orthodontist and took her to the crepe place at farmers market. after, my family headed to my cousin's wedding in santa monica. the reception that freaking crazy... OPEN BAR the WHOLE NIGHT. so many drunk people = funny wedding reception. drunk barrios cousins = funnier wedding reception. and thoughout the day, i read harry potter.
sunday went to the hollywood bowl with kat's family and ding's family. the righteous brothers were playing and the lead sing of three dog night, but harry potter was enthralling. hehe. we got free hot dogs.
monday first day of smc.. that was an adventure. first of all, i parked illegally so i could buy a parking permit and i saw tiana, yes the graduation speaker, in line to get a parking permit. after class i bought my books. then i started to drive and somehow ended up in whitter. har har
tuesday more math class and more driving. OH!
I FINISHED HARRY POTTER! yes.. i read from page 500 something to the end. wow... i havent cried over a book since a tree grows in brooklyn but... wow... i cried like... wow... wow... wow...
today took my sister's friend jill home... she lives in covine so i just visited jeff.. here

wow, jeff and i went on a date.

yes, yes, i know. and we were cultural! we went to MOCA and saw resin sculptures of 20+ chinese men! we wandered the streets of little tokyo and visited the cathedral and payed our respects to gregory peck. we also marveled at the people throwing coins into the baptismal font even when it distinctly said "do NOT throw coins"

wowsers... so... the past two days = gradnite and car accident O.o
in thursday, i woke up at i dont even remember. i got a ton of pictures developed at costco. i went to the dentist, the evil one. after that, i went to graces house because i didnt want to go home. after i was forced to go home, grace and i headed to pj's house and then to jo's house. then grace and i went to pick up tracy.
after disneyland ghost story swapping, we finally went to immac to go to gradnite. the bus ride itself was fuuun! funny part:

haha. well after the hellish walk from our bus to the park gradnite began. ooh! and while walking i saw angela! arent blogs cool! i know more people.
gradnite was soo cool. our group which consisted of me, bethel, brian, katie, eden, pj, joann, norm, tiffany, davi, tracy, kat and later on israel, pretty much stayed together. we hit pirates of the carribean first, then haunted mansion, splash mountain, and the many adventures of winnie the pooh! then we hit big thunder mountain were we encountered old lookin' people who were afraid of water. our group got split for a bit, but we met up after going to the autopia. pj and i ate a $5 slice of pizza. we then managed to go on the indiana jones ride, which was so cool! then we went on the jungle cruise and thus ended our rides. we stopped by the candy shop and some of us slept and kat and i got foot massages from that machine.
the bus ride home COLD. omg. and my feet were asleep.
when we got to immac, i took pj, tracy, and grace home. a groggy, bob marley listening me drove. when i got home, i called up jeff and fell asleep.

i got in a car accident. OH MAN. and its not my fault! seriously!
so i was driving down the 101 and i stop. a woman in a teal car behind me stops too. but this silver car behind her crashes into her and her car ricochets and hits mine. AND behind that silver car, a truck crashes in...anyhoo. the teal car, the silver car and the truck put their hazards on but they're still in the middle of the road. so i pull over to survey my damage.
i look on my rear bumper. not a scratch! the truck pulls over and two punk looking guys come out and we take out our insurance. the guy was pretty cool, we were wearing the same black dickies pants from k-mart. the teal car lady and the silver car due were pretty frazzled. the teal car lady was pretty shakey. the silver car dude was like " its YOUR FAULT!YOUR FAULT" to the lady.. when it was actually mostly his fault. the people in the truck were saying he was going really fast.
oh! and when the officer came to collect our info and stories and whatnot, there was aNOTHER crash across the lanes on the freeway. O.o
so the officer gets my story, and he asks about the damage and i said none, so he let me go.
so im ok! huttah!

whos a graduate?
im one!
so, my parents and my whole family being an ass that it is couldnt decide were to eat, so i was like.... ehhh. some people wanted to go to chinatown, some wanted to to eat thai food, some wanted... idont know... so after much consideration alone in my room, i walked out and declared:
WHOS GOING WITH ME TO TOMMY'S?
so jerel, his girlfriend and i went to tommys and bought 10 chili burgers and 5 orders of chili cheese fries for twenty bucks. so 3 minutes later, i got back home and everyone ate.
on the way to tommy's

you know, those

are pretty useful in eating chiliburgers but my graduation dress can still tell a story.
theres a hole in the bottom of my dress where mrs mata didnt finish sewing. theres a small black stain on the hip. little green stains where i held my roses. yellow pollen stains where flowers were. a makeup stain on my shoulders where people hugged me and a chili stain right on the front. hehe.
but before that whole fiasco, i graduated! yay! how frigging cool is that? davi tripped! we love you! tiana did an awesome speech, kat did a great job leading the altos in, although i was really ahead of my partner esther. in our two songs, i think we did pretty damned well. my diploma was signed! i passed!
after we processed out, there were high pitched shrieks of joy at the artist's entrance and then i met up with my family.
so thats all.
